Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from ea through this website. They are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the federal consumer protection law and the federal law on trading by modern technological means. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under UAE law.

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). You pay the price shown at checkout plus the delivery charge shown before you confirm. There are no other fees.

Paying. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely by Ziina, or in cash when your order is delivered. We never see or store your full card number.

Your order. A card order is confirmed once your payment goes through; a cash on delivery order is confirmed when you place it. You get an order number straight away and can follow it on our order tracking page with that number and your mobile.

If something is unavailable. If an item sells out or can't be supplied after you order, we tell you and refund what you paid for it in full.

Cancelling. To cancel, message us as soon as you can with your order number. If your order hasn't gone out for delivery, we cancel it and refund any card payment in full.

Delivery

Anywhere in the UAE: 25 AED.
Al Dhafra (Western Region): 45 AED.
Outside the UAE: message us on Instagram for a price, from 90 AED.

Orders usually arrive in 1 to 3 working days. We call or message the mobile number you give at checkout to arrange delivery, and you can see each step on the tracking page.

Returns policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the product, colour and size before you order.

If your order arrives broken, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours of delivery at Instagram @endurance.ea, with your order number and a photo. We will repair it, replace it, or refund you in full, including delivery, at no cost to you.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer. This policy doesn't affect your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with the UAE federal law on the protection of personal data.

What we collect: your name, mobile number, email if you give it, delivery address, and what you ordered. Card details go straight to the payment provider and never reach us.
Why: to deliver and support your order, and to keep the records UAE tax and commercial law requires. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it: Ziina to take card payments, our delivery driver or courier to bring you your order, and our website host (Cloudflare) to run this site. Nobody else.
Cookies: we use no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps your cart and delivery details on your device so you don't have to type them again. If you arrive through one of our tagged links (for example from an Instagram post), we note that link's campaign name on your order so we know which posts work.
How long: order records are kept for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires, then deleted.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us at Instagram @endurance.ea and we will reply within 30 days.
